Hello,
My name is Alana Lord. I am the owner and director of Ummah Care LLC, and Ummah Care transportation. I opened Ummah Care on April 2020 formally known as Phadality Home Care LLC created September 9th, 2012. I discovered my love for providing service during my 20-year career as a salon owner and licensed nail technician. Through my client sharing their personal live stories I began the journey in the health care field as a Certified Nursing Assistant. During a visit of a loved friend at a local nursing facility. I decided to bring our love one home and become a care provider and thus began my journey. It is very astonishing how both careers collided and grew into this business today. I want to make a positive difference in the lives of others and have meaningful employment for myself and others.

Hello,
My name is Lina Charles. I am the Admin Administrator in Ummah Care LLC. My job is to assist with the caregiver screening/hiring process. accommodate client needs and ensure that all care plans, and client information are current. I certainly enjoy working in a company that gives clients with the highest quality of care that is trustworthy, safe and affordable to clients. A little about myself I am a graduate of Central Piedmont and received an associate in Health Science. I attended Divine Health Academy and received my nursing assistant certification in North Carolina. I began my career in 2016. Working as a CNA I grew to love and admire the residents. They shared many words of wisdom and life experiences and I loved hearing about their lives and visiting with them. When I learned about Ummah Care LLC I knew I wanted to be a part of it!
